I think that when Romeo said this, he meant that None of the girls that he has ever loved/seen have ever been as beautiful as Juliet. This quote defiantly applies to people today. Alot of people, only wanna be with someone because of their looks. I personally think that you should love someone for who they are inside, instead of the outside.
